One of my responsibilities during my time with the guardian was the creation of weekly recurring editorial designs. We would be provided with the copy and images which we would use to create the designs. The next step would be to get the design approved, at times requiring changes in the copy or image. Finally we would prepare it for print following a set of actions created specifically for these editorial print projects.
